Catrice M. Jackson is the Global Visionary Leader of HERWorking; a personal and professional success networking community for women worldwide and Founder of PowHER Girls; a global mentoring and leadership project for girls designed to empower girls to release their unique power so they can rise into their greatness, shine with full confidence and become brave leaders who shake things up and transform the world.
Catrice is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and Behavioral Change Catalyst who infuses 15-years of behavioral health expertise into her passionate gift of empowering youth and families. She has worked extensively with at-risk teens and their families in various out of home placements and deeply understands what works and what does not work when parenting and raising children. Through hearing thousands of intimate and private confessions of youth, Catrice knows exactly what it takes to raise compassionate, competent and conscious children. Young people connect easily and openly with her because she has mastered the art of meeting them where they are, emphasizing their strengths and celebrating their uniqueness. She is married and has successfully raised one loving, respectful and compassionate son.

She specializes in helping women and youth who struggle to move forward to breakthrough the barriers keeping them from achieving financial success. She educates and mentors them to achieve financial independence through entrepreneurship and money management. She has dedicated the last 10 years to helping women realize their business and financial independence dreams!
Nisha, was raised in numerous foster homes and went out on her own at age seventeen. During those turbulant years she was the victim of physical and emotional abuse. She is a lot like you. She worked two jobs while completing her senior year in high school. By age 22, she had amassed $20,000+ of debt. She was feeling suffocated and was unable to sleep. She wanted a better life and decided to go to college, but she couldn’t bear taking on any more debt. Nisha is known for breaking away from the crowd and taking on challenges .
